Technical Support Specialist with strong Atlassian Administration

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong Atlassian Administration experience to join a fast-paced team supporting enterprise applications. This role goes beyond basic support and focuses heavily on Jira Data Center and Confluence administration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage ticket queues (incidents, requests, issues) in SLA-driven environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues (Tier 2/Tier 3 support)
  • Perform Atlassian administration tasks, including:
  • Jira project configuration (workflows, screens, schemes)
  • Permission and user/group management
  • Confluence space configuration and maintenance
  • Jira Data Center admin console management
  • Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
  • Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and health checks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and system efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on Atlassian Administration experience (Jira Data Center & Confluence)must have
  • Strong background in application support (Tier 2/Tier 3)
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Scripting/automation experience (Bash or Python)
  • Experience working in SLA-driven environments
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with SQL/PostgreSQL
  • Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience supporting multiple enterprise applications (beyond Atlassian tools)
